Silicone Straight Reducer Hose
Straight silicone reducer hose are commonly used to transition between two pipes of different sizes. They find wide applications in intercooler turbo transitions, intake components, and pipes, all of which come in varying sizes. Each type offers a broad range of sizes to meet specific requirements, and bespoke sizes are also available.
For unique applications, straight silicone reducers are categorized into three types: polyester reinforced silicone, manufactured for common uses; Nomex reinforced silicone, designed for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions; and Fluoro liner, suitable for applications involving oils and fuel.
Polyester Reinforced:
Straight silicone reducer hose reinforced by premium polyester fabric is quite effective when carrying water, coolant, air, etc. in extreme temperatures from -55 °C to +170 °C .

Nomex Reinforced
Nomex reinforced straight silicone reducer hose is highly recommended for high temperature and high pressure. Compared with polyester reinforced reducer, its operating temperature can reach +220 °C (+428 °F). It is frequently used in turbo boost hoses where other hoses fail.

Fluoro Lined
Straight silicone reducer with Fluoro lined is especially designed for carrying oils & fuel. Compared with other silicone hoses, the distinct difference is that the Fluoro liner prevents oil seepage through the hose wall. It is often used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses which meet Euro 3 and 4 emission levels.
