45° Elbow Silicone Hose – Polyester Reinforced
Knitted polyester reinforced silicone hoses are well suitable for daily use to carry water and air within the temperature of -50 °C to +170 °C. This silicone hose, reinforced by 3 to 4 plies of polyester fiber is ideal for medium duty.

45° Elbow Silicone Hose – Nomex Reinforced
Nomex, with its excellent flame-resistance property, is an optimum material for improving the safety performance and durability of automotive components for vehicles, including passenger cars, light trucks and professional race cars.
45° silicone hose, made of 3 to 5 piles of Nomex reinforcements, is strongly recommended for turbo application, where the extreme temperature can reach 220 °C.
Remarks: Nomex reinforced silicone hose is not available for carrying oil.
Only available in black and special order.

45° Silicone Hose – Fluoro Lined
Compared with polyester fiber or Nomex reinforced silicone hoses, Fluoro lined silicone hoses can be exposed to excessive oil mist or oils. It is widely used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses, especially for the usage of engines that should meet strict emission levels.
This 45° Fluoro lined silicone hose uses a high concentration Fluoro at 80/20 and 1 mm liner. However, a thinner liner produced by other manufacturers can't reach expected performance.
Remark: Fluoro lined silicone hoses are available for contacting with oils or oil mists.
